Nashua Homes, Maughan Construction is an Idaho licensed residential construction company as well as a Nashua Homes of Idaho manufactured and modular home dealer.

We initially built a few storage sheds and placed them across the parking lot, from our office, for storing the tools and materials we use in the setting and detailing our homes. 

People saw these, as they were driving by, and started coming in and asking us to build sheds for them.  This aspect of our business has grown as our clients recognized the high quality and very competitive pricing of these buildings and then referred us to their friends and neighbors.  We now build about anything residential.

We have even built large doghouses and small barns and shelters for horses and other livestock including a chicken coop.  We also can do the footings and foundations.
